A Day of Rock and Roll

Wow, Cleveland totally rocked my world! We finally made it to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Museum, and it was everything I hoped for—loud, flashy, emotional, and way cooler than any textbook version of music history.

The moment we walked into that glass pyramid right by Lake Erie, it felt like stepping into a shrine for the gods of guitars and glitter. The building itself is stunning—modern and iconic, designed by I. M. Pei—but it’s what’s inside that blows your mind. Guitars once strummed by legends, handwritten lyrics that changed the world, costumes that practically shout in sequins. You can feel the stories humming through the halls.

We spent hours wandering through the exhibits—each floor a different chapter in rock’s wild, rebellious timeline. There was Elvis, The Beatles, Janis, Bowie…the list goes on.

By the time we hit the top floor with the Hall of Fame inductees, I was running purely on adrenaline and nostalgia. Standing there, surrounded by rock’s biggest names, I couldn’t help thinking how much this music has shaped so many moments of my life.

We wrapped the day watching live footage on the big screen in the theater—goosebumps guaranteed.

Cleveland, you did not disappoint. This place isn’t just a museum—it’s a love letter to everyone who’s ever felt a song pulse straight through their soul.
